Leaving a review

  • After a completed order

    Eligible patients may receive a Trustpilot invitation after their order. Invitations follow our review preferences and safety rules; not every order receives one. We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for one.

  • Every rating is welcome

    You can leave any star rating and describe your experience of our service. We do not choose who to invite based on whether we expect a positive review. Sharing feedback is always optional.

  • Replying to feedback

    Our team may reply publicly to a review. We never discuss your health, your treatment or your order details in a public reply.

  • If something went wrong

    A review is not the quickest way to fix a problem. Contact our pharmacy team or use our complaints procedure, and a member of the team will look into it with you.
