MediHealth Direct — UK online pharmacy, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC Reg No. 9012663)

How it works

Simple, secure healthcare.

Getting the treatment you need shouldn't be complicated. Whether you are consulting for a prescription or buying everyday essentials, our process is straightforward and transparent.

Prescription Treatments

  1. Choose your treatment. Browse our range of UK-licensed treatments and select the one that fits your needs.
  2. Quick consultation. Answer a short, confidential medical questionnaire online. It only takes a few minutes.
  3. Pharmacist review & Authorisation. Your card is authorised at checkout but no funds are taken yet. A GPhC-registered pharmacist reviews your answers to ensure safety before approving and charging your card.
  4. Next-day delivery. Once approved, your treatment is dispensed and dispatched in plain packaging. The checkout always shows your total including delivery—no hidden fees.

Everyday Medicines (OTC)

  1. Add to basket. Shop for everyday pharmacy essentials like allergy relief, pain management, and vitamins.
  2. Fast checkout. No consultation needed. Simply pay securely at checkout. The price you see includes your chosen delivery method with no extra fees.
  3. Direct delivery. Your items are quickly packed and dispatched straight to your door in unbranded packaging.

Why patients trust us

MediHealth Direct is a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy (Reg No. 9012663), held to the same standards as any high-street chemist. No treatment is dispensed without a clinical review, and for consultation-based orders your card is only charged once a pharmacist approves your treatment. Read more on our patient safety page.

Before ordering, you can read the terms and conditions that cover consultations, payments, delivery, cancellations and refunds. Read our terms and conditions.

Good to know before you order

The practical details people most often ask us about before their first order.

How long does the consultation take?
Most questionnaires take between five and ten minutes. The questions are specific to the treatment you have chosen, so you are only asked what the pharmacist genuinely needs to know: your medical history, any medicines you already take and, for some treatments, a recent photo or measurement.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised at checkout but only charged once a pharmacist has approved your treatment. If it isn't suitable, the authorisation is released, you won't be charged, and we'll explain why and suggest a safer alternative where we can.
What if the pharmacist has questions?
Sometimes we need a little more detail before we can approve a request. If so, a pharmacist will message you through your secure account and you can reply whenever suits you. Your answers are only ever seen by the team looking after your care.
How is my order delivered?
Approved orders are dispensed at our Nottingham pharmacy and sent by tracked delivery in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside to say what is inside. You'll get tracking updates by email and text so you know exactly when to expect it.
Can I reorder when I run out?
Yes. Sign in and reorder from your account whenever you need more. Because your health can change, we ask you to confirm a short set of questions each time so a pharmacist can check the treatment is still right for you. Find more answers in our FAQ.
