How it works

Order online and choose how you test: a kit posted to your home, or an in-pharmacy appointment at our Nottingham clinic. A qualified clinician reviews your results and explains what they mean, so you're never left to interpret a page of numbers on your own. Where a result is outside the normal range, we'll tell you whether it needs a GP appointment, a repeat test or simply a change in routine.

• 1. Choose how you test. Pick the test you need, then choose a home kit posted to your door or an in-pharmacy appointment from our live clinic availability.
• 2. Pay securely. Pay for your appointment online with card. Your slot is reserved the moment your payment goes through.
• 3. Test at home or in clinic. For a home kit, collect your sample and return it in the prepaid envelope. For an appointment, travel to our Nottingham clinic at your chosen time, where a trained clinician takes your sample or scan.

In-pharmacy appointments take place at MediHealth Direct Clinic, Unit 21 Armitage Business Park, Private Road No. 3, Colwick, Nottingham NG4 2TB. Open Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm, closed Sunday.
