Understanding Athlete's Foot
The infection can spread by contact with contaminated surfaces, towels, or footwear. Symptoms include itching, stinging between toes, red/dry patches, cracked skin, and foul odour. If untreated, it can spread to toenails or other body parts.

Treatment options include: Antifungal creams, sprays, or powders. Mild steroid creams for inflammation. Keep feet clean and dry, change socks daily, wear breathable footwear.
